Step 2: Color or decorate the paper from the outside edges to the solid lines visible through the paper. Step 3: Turn the paper over, and cut out the inside rectangle on the solid lines. Step 4: After the towel has dried, turn the frame over and glue or tape the frame to your tie-dyed towel. (Fold over any remaining edges of the towel.)
